No warm water, we needed to wait until it got fixed, the first answers were to keep the water running for long, after keeping it running for 15 mins they insisted I keep it longer. Unacceptable. The property is mainly used for staff employees and not for guests which was surprisingly. No reception on site, the security was sleeping on the coach till 11:00 am.

Nothing at all, in fact I went for a swim in the indoor pool and have contacted a bacteria that kept me ill for days!! Not the cleanest hotel...

The check-in had to be done at a different hotel which was 15 min drive, quite far. We were very tired after travelling for hours to reach the location and were given the option to stay but pay extra £50 for a double. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible communication.
