The restaurant is great,a lot of choises and good food,the private parking is good also,the size of the room is ok.

Imposible to have a cofee in the morning,need to go to a bar for that,the matress is old and not confortable,too much noise because of the kids,wake up at 6h30 in the morning one day,the music at the restaurant too loud and to late. I was expecting to more services for 537 euros,at least a breakfast,the shower is not working well,is too hot in the room at night.There is no real curtain,you have some sort of office curtain so is not stoping the light in the morning. The fridge is making a lot of noise. If you add 150 euros to the 537 euros you can go to real nice hotel,expecting to be no kids and you have a bar and a breakfast.

The location is in the center of Poiana Brasov, near the best restaurant.

The hotel didn't assist with the extra bed. We booked the room for three people. But we had only one double bed, and it was firm, we felt every spring in the mattress. The room wasn't spotless, we found some hair in different places. The view was to the trees of the mountains, with the private parking.

I don't usually give low ranking to hotels on booking, especially not to small ones which sometimes make the only income for a family. But with that place everything was wrong. It started when they informed me, after I made a nonrefundable reservation, that they "asking" me to go to another Hotel to pick up the key, which made my way longer. When we arrived we found out that even though I ordered for 3 people, there was only one bed with sheets. After I requested, they brought me a blanket and cushions, but forgot the sheets. I slept on the sofa without sheets. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes for warm water in the shower (each time), and even after waiting the water was lukewarm and the current was very very weak. And I'm not talking about the bees that we're all over the room because we opened the windows to vent the place

The location was excellent, the room was amazing.

There was no clear indication for parking and no staff around.
