Le personnel pas toujours arrangeant. Location de scooter assez cher

Die Lage ist wirklich supi. Der Strand wird auch ganz gut sauber gehalten und man ist dort sehr abgeschottet. Die Zimmer waren auch wirklich vollkommen ausreichend und die Betten waren schön weich. Ein Servicepunkt gibt es dennoch... Es gab jeden Tag ein Beutel mit 2x Wasser, 2x Softdrinks und Knabberzeug.

Das Personal war nicht wirklich bemüht darum, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Sehr abweisend und nicht serviceorientiert. Ja es ist kein Resort, aber trotzdem sollte man doch um das Wohl der Urlauber bemüht sein. Beim Frühstück war es den Mitarbeitern auch zu viel, etwas nachzufüllen.... Und so zog es sich durch.

Decided not to stay because I booked a room with shared outside bathroom. Was offered an upgrade for 1200 baht per night but declined because not worth the cost. Location is good on a big beach

The upgraded room offered was not worth 1200 baht per night. Politely asked the manager lady if any refund of the original booking was available. She was very dismissive and curt. We find somewhere else cheaper with a nicer room and cheaper than Ilay

We had a wonderful stay. The beach was peaceful and never crowded, with white sand and crystal-clear water. We loved the natural shade from the beautiful trees and the plenty of sunbeds available. A big plus was the free access to kayaks, SUPs, and snorkeling gear. Also, the daily refills of snacks, water, tea, and coffee capsules in the room were a very thoughtful touch.

A few things to note: The location is a bit remote; while peaceful, it often required a 20-minute drive to get anywhere. Also, the motorbike rental through the property was slightly more expensive than average. Lastly, although rooms are meant to be cleaned every three days, ours wasn't cleaned during our stay—possibly due to a staff day off which was a bit disappointing.
