Really friendly hosts, lovely quiet room

Mr Vanns and Nancy are excellent hosts! They go out of their way to inform you on all you need to know about your stay in Ayutthaya. They suggested lots of nice restaurants which we visited, and a great boat tour to go and see several temples. We also were able to rent a motorbike with them for our stay. The room was nice and clean, there is a lovely pool to cool off in after visiting temples in the sun. And the location is close to several temples. We had had great stay and would definitely come again when visiting Thailand!

Bathroom too basic with light in common with bedroom. Nothing to put your stuff. No cups or glasses. View from the windows is exhaust pipe from the car of the neighbors parking lot. Intrusive owner. Ants everywhere. I think there is room to improve

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the location is very good, walking distance to major ruins and a number of restaurants. The room I was in was also pretty and comfortable. Overall, this was a very calming place to stay and a very good value for the price.
