handy close to cafes for breakfast. on street parking easy. good strong shower .

room directly above a pub so very noisy Saturday night till 12am. description of property says there is a bar.. it’s a noisy pub!! main road very noisy. no mirror in bathroom despite being told numerous times in the reviews and ditto no hair dryer. blind in room let in all light so very light while trying to sleep again in numerous reviews and owners choose to ignore. kitchen lacked essentials eg chopping board.

Unkempt bedding. Actually had indentation that looked like it was slept in. Went to swap linen with bed under the eaves when I found a FRESH urine stain on mattress protector through to the mattress. Had to switch mattresses too. Door handle almost came off in my hand. The door lock was extremely difficult to turn but the spare key, with my room number on it, which I found in the COMMUNAL kitchen drawer fitted a little better. 0/10 for security. Coffee and tea supplies but no cups of any kind. Pointless going to bar to complain as only staff on was wheezing and said "I can't do stairs because of my back". On top of that I find that kind of confrontation difficult given my anxiety disorder which was greatly affected that weekend.

Check in was easy. Got key from bar as instructed. Lovely lady was friendly and very helpful. Has good Free on street parking out front. Rooms were spacious with plenty of toiletries. Great light. Very clean bathrooms and carpets. Beds comfortable Kitchen was good for our needs with our takeaway meals. Dishes were available if you needed them. Close to many restaurants, wine stores and bars. One is on the ground level of the Units. You can hear the music sometimes. Check out was easy. Had no idea Tim Horton's was in the town. Close to the Beach area and race track. Short drive to airport. Good value

We had no problem with stairs. But if you got there late and had lots of luggage. It would be a little challenging. You would just have to take your time. I did not see any other options for getting up to 3rd floor

We chose this one because we are travelling by bicycle and needed some rest between Glasgow and Cairnryan Ferry Port The kitchen does not have any consumables, like oil, salt, pepper. Just utensils. The guest in the other room, being Muslim, stood there and watched us cleaning every corner of the kitchen including old grease in the oven. Otherwise he wouldn't let us leave.
