Good location, enclosed garden, plenty of space, well appointed.

It only has one bathroom, a bit short of cutlery, plates etc.

Very spacious and modern in a quiet location, although it is next to a large primary school so imagine it could be quite noisy if staying during a school term.

Suite in main living room quite low and very soft (I have back problems and my husband has arthritic hips) so we were unable to sit there. Thankfully the suite in the smaller room was more suited to our needs. Very heavy (winter) duvets on the beds and no thinner ones available which made for uncomfortable nights as it was very warm during our stay. Back garden needs a really good tidy up and there are quite a lot of ants (especially at the back door). There is a table and chairs but in need of a good clean (paint peeling and bird poo on the seats). Back door is poorly fitted and hard to close properly. Also had difficulty with locking/unlocking the front door as key doesn't fit perfectly and takes a bit of wiggling to get it right. We were not informed the property was alarmed and we did not have the code, so upon entering we were unable to switch it off and it went on about 20 minutes before the alarm company contacted us. Small issues, some of which are only relevant to us personally, and might not bother other people.

Location was fabulous for us!

Comfortable and well equipped

Bins were confusing and no instructions on when to put the bins out. Big gap at bottom of gate so small dogs can escape. You need to mention the school as noise early on in mornings
