Great location with direct beach access and great view at Mt Agung. In walking distance to restaurants and shops. You can go snorkeling (free gear available at the hotel) in front of the hotel.

Rooms and bathroom could get a renovation and deep cleaning. Some stains on the sheets. Room is not feeling cozy.

"1a Lage in Amed!"

Was für eine Lage! Direkt am Strand bzw am Schnorchelparadies! Wir waren für 4 Nächte in der Amed Beach Villa und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Pool- und Strandzugang. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und sofort da, wenn man eine Frage hat. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück ist etwas begrenzt; hat uns aber gereicht. Man bekommt das Frühstück zur gewünschten Zeit auf dem Verandatisch bereit gestellt. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist reduziert, dafür aber alles sauber; so auch das Badezimmer. Direkt neben der Beach Villa (am Strand) ist ein Warung, wo am Abend öfter Live Music spielt. Die Lage der Amed Beach Villa ist sehr gut, man kann sich im Ort gut zu Fuß bewegen. Ach ja: die Dachterrasse bietet einen tollen Blick auf den Agung, das Dorf und das Meer!!

Das Frühstück könnte vielleicht etwas umfangreicher sein, aber - wie gesagt - uns hat‘s gereicht.
