Szép rendezett, tiszta, nagyon jó parkoló. Ár értékarányban nagyon jó. Matrac jó, víznyomás a fürdőben jó, a zuhanytálca gyenge behorpad az alja, hűtő van, tv picike. 100m-re PENNY üzlet.

Behorpad a zuhanyzó alja egy 60 kg-os személy alatt mert gyenge. WC ülőke gyenge és nem tetszetős.
