Ella Nature Rock

Extraordinarily breakfast with a good view of rawana ranges! Staffs were very friendly and immediately solved our issues by arranging adapter & stand fan.

They didn’t provide any toiletries except tissue.

Nice place value for money

Awesome view, however the rooms at Nature Rock are very small. I mentioned this to Rukshan on check in and he offered us another room at their other property for the next night at the same price. We stayed an additional night because of this as the room at Nature Peak was much better and also had a fantastic view. Rooms are not the cleanest but the staff are very nice and helpful and the views are incredible.

The room at Nature Rock is quite small and not so clean. Rooms at Nature speak ( their other property are much better).

Lactation is far away from the town. It cast too much for transportation. And some drivers don't know about the location and the messed some times. It cost a extra money from me.

There are ample hotels same costs and same facility, near the town.

Best breakfast we’ve had in all of Sri Lanka!!!! The boy at the reception was always so kind and helpful ❤️ beautiful view of the stars and waterfall and mountains. Hot water also 👍🏼

Nothing everything was perfect ! Would maybe recommend having a motorbike in this location if you want to access the main town with ease

The view of ella rock, kithal ella waterfall & ella gap are superb. Room is small but worth for price. Room service by Mr. Rukshan is excellent. Room service is quick. Breakfast time is flexible.

Shower of bathroom is broken. But it works & can be managed.

Wonderful view of Ella Rock. Slightly out of the busy town centre which is nice. Delicious breakfast and friendly and communicative person working there that we interacted with.

The room is dank and smells strongly of damp and mold. Things are falling apart (ceiling tiles coming off, the curtain rail fell off repeatedly when closing curtains). The water temperature does not get warm and the bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The wifi didn't work and it was only after multiple complaints something was done to fix it. Booking.com states there are free toiletries which is untrue (except for toilet roll) - I would expect hand soap to be provided as an absolute minimum. The person working there helped organise a Tuk Tuk but the price was very expensive (1000 rupees for 2km), the Tuk Tuk engine repeatedly failed and the driver didn't know where they were going. We had to book this accomodation as plans changed last minute - I think there are much nicer places on offer that are better value for money in Ella and wish we had booked elsewhere. I do not recommended staying here.
