Location very out the way and on steep hill so tuktuk each way only option. Shower pressure non existent and water not warm. Staff did fix first time.. happened repeatedly during out stay

We booked a deluxe room, when we arrived there was no one on the premises, after a while an employee came and told us that someone had already occupied our room despite the reservation. After 30 minutes of waiting, we received information that only a standard room is available, but the owner will calculate the stay cheaper, but after conversion, the amount was no different from the one for the deluxe room from our reservation. There would be no problem with a standard room, but what we saw inside was unacceptable. Mould, dirty towels, dust, everything was dirty. In the facility it is marked that it has WiFi but forget it (it worked for 2 hours for 2 days of our stay). It was our worst overnight stay in Sri Lanka. Only breakfasts and helpful employees (locals) deserve praise
