Camas. Amazing guy.

The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the main bus hub, making it incredibly easy to get around the island, yet it still feels remote and tucked away. It’s also within walking distance of Imerovigli, with stunning views and streets along the way. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. Having both an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi was a real highlight and perfect after long days exploring. The beds were also incredibly comfortable — we slept better here than we have in a long time. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Being welcomed with a complimentary beer while settling in was a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the stay. What truly stood out, however, was the manager, Camas. His local knowledge and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference — whether it was recommending the best gyros in town, helping us plan our itinerary, or assisting with our journey back to the airport. He was incredibly friendly and made us feel like we had a trusted local contact throughout. Overall, it genuinely felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Room was excellent, very quiet part of town about a 5-10 minute walk into the centre of Fira, Breakfast was lovely with good variety. Staff were very helpful and friendly and gave some excellent recommendations for where to go, eat etc.

My husband and I stayed at Gianna Suites and had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness was a solid 10 out of 10. It's about a 20-minute walk to public buses and just 10 minutes to nearby restaurants and a mini market. The management was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and warm throughout our stay. A special thanks to Yona, who went above and beyond—she offered us breakfast before our early flight. Although breakfast usually starts at 8 AM, she kindly prepared it much earlier so we wouldn’t leave hungry. I highly recommend Gianna Suites to family and friends, and we will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely gorgeous with a lovely pool. The staff were also incredibly helpful, printing us a map and the bus timetable as well as allowing us to use the facilities after we had checked out. There’s also a cat that will come visit if you’re lucky.

The bed was a bit like a rock.

la receptionist Jona è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha consigliato spiagge, ristoranti con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, e una visita in cantina che ci è piaciuta molto. La struttura è molto bella e ordinata, la stanza perfetta, stupenda e anche le pulizie ben fatte. E' stato un ottimo soggiorno, se tornerò a Santorini non esiterò a riscegliere questa struttura.
