The Riad is located perfectly for exploring the Medina and the surrounding area. It is beautifully decorated and has a warm welcoming feeling. But the highlight for us was the terrace on which you could sit in the evening and look over the city. Amine was very welcoming and made everything we wished for possible.

The only part that was a bit off, was one of the two mattresses on our bed, because it was sagging.

The Riad is in a perfect location to explore Fez. Amine the host does a sensational job of making you feel welcome and help with organising your stay. His recommendations are excellent. Breakfast is a home made wonderful experience for the taste buds.

Our stay was too short. We would have loved to stay and explore a bit more so we will be back soon.

The riad was beautiful and Amine was super helpful and honestly such an angel. The roof top has a beautiful view and the rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were very clean.

Very quiet and beautiful riad. I especially liked the rooftop. Make sure to go up there in the morning. Amin is a very attentive and hospital person. He met us at night, without him we would not have found way to the riad the first time. The riad has a very beautiful interior. Breakfast was authentic and homemade! Very delicious!

The partition between the room and the toilet does not reach the ceiling.

Spacious rooms with windows overlooking the street (high up) and the inner courtyard. Small sofa group in the room. Huge bathroom. Well located, very clean, very friendly housekeeper. Amine was very helpful. His tour offer was a very good idea.

It's a shame that the roof terrace is actually set up in winter; it would be nice to be able to lie in the sun for a while in the afternoon, even at this time of year. We mentioned the sofa group in de room. This is very valuable because the courtyard is not very suitable for hanging out.

Location was good. Manager Amine was very helpful and gave us clear instructions for navigating the old town, which was needed. The riad is beautifully restored inside. If you need a driver he can also arrange. The driver Salim was very nice and an excellent safe driver.

Breakfast could have more range- too heavy on the carbs. Some eggs would be nice.

Great stay in the medina of Fes, definitely the best value for money we found in Morocco. The dar is centrally located (5 minutes walk to the main door) in a quiet street easy to reach so you don't get lost (which makes the difference in Fes), it is a bit dark at night but it's still a safe area and the staff are always available to come and pick you up. But what really makes the difference is Amine, he's the best host you could ask for: always friendly and willing to help you with EVERYTHING you need. The rooms are very spacious with a comfortable bed and generally the dar is really beautiful and well kept. Unfortunately we could not try the swimming pool on the roof (closed in January because it's cold outside).

During winter Fes is cold, there is air conditioning but still the room is big and quite hard to keep hot (do not worry, you have enough blankets on the bed). Bathrooms are big and comfortable (the shower is very hot and pleasant) but would need just some details (e.g. the stick holding the shower curtain need some renovations) to be perfect as the rest of the dar
