Mini Hotel near Arena City

Їх врятувала пані, яка там працює і мешкає! Вона молодець 🤩🥳! Завжди допомагала і відповідала на наші питання. А ось до власників питання, чому не відповідали на телефонні дзвінки? І якщо передзвонювали то як мінімум через 2 години! В чому проблема надати ще один рушник, тим паче компанія в нас була з двох дорослих і двох дітей (3 рушника!). Тому висновок: місце класне, працівниця супер (вона ваш супер герой!!!)

Good central location. My room was in a basement, which is a huge bonus during air raid alarms.

Very small, haven't seen renovation for decades. Shared bathrooms were quite bad. If I were to stay against, I would try with private bathroom

It's located right in the center of Kyiv, close to the subway. There's a little store next door and Puzata Khata round the corner, so you won't stay hungry even if you're short of time/money. There's a tiny kitchen and a small bathroom. The size of my room surprised me. The bed was big and there was also a couch, a table and a chair - full set, so to say. For one night I had everything what I needed.

I think, staying for more than one night could be problematic, cause the bathroom and the kitchen were really very small and the tap water was cold. Maybe in the shower cabin situation was better - I decided not to try my luck. In my room I felt a lack of light and switches - half of lamps didn't work and the only switch was close to the bed and far away from the entry, so if you wanna see something, you have to walk in your shoes/boots (no matter how dirty they are) right to the bed, switch the light on and then start to sort out your shoes, luggage and so on. And it would be really nice to have one big mirror - the size of the room allows it.

The hotel is in a good area. Near a metro and shops, bars etc. Underground

The room is old and stuffy. It is necessary to have the window open. There were black, greasy marks all over the walls near the bed. The kettle didn't work and the shower didn't drain properly. The staff were difficult and check-in took an unnecessarily long amount of time. The hotel takes a large deposit which I was not told about before, and looking at other reviews this seems to be a common theme. I had to speak to the manager several times in order to get this deposit returned before I left.

The only thing good about this place was the location and the hardworking staff trying her best to make things better for the guest

I paid extra for a two-day stay in a room with a private bathroom, but it turned out to be the worst room I've ever seen. The walls were dirty and gave me an icky feeling. Additionally, there's no light switch close to the bed, and it seems the owners haven't attempted to repaint or fix the walls. Room No. 6 has been quite traumatic to stay in for these past few days. I strongly advise avoiding this room or considering another establishment.

Good hosts

Location is perfect, room was pretty okay. There some useful things inside - the cattle, the space for eating. In the place it was usually clean. Inside the room it was your responcibility for keeping it clean. There is no any service.

The communication with the staff was not always pleasent. The check in was long and not easy. There is a deposit and the hotel needs to communicate about it better.
