Close to center.

Damp atmosphere, smells like mold, noisy plumbing.

Friendly and did care about our questions. Good value for the price.

We liked visiting Nida and the property was a short walk to the harbour and restaurants.

This was advertised as an “apartment” but turned out to be just a room with a bathroom on the “Lower Ground Floor” which was nothing more than the basement! Clever play on words with the description but certainly not what one would expect. Advertised as “Entire apartment 25 m² Private kitchen”. The “private kitchen” was up the stairs from the basement and the kitchen of the family managing the building. Not at all as advertised. The man who checked us in was very gruff and spoke only Russian, so we couldn’t really communicate any grievance. It served it’s purpose but we had wanted something a little more atmospheric with more daylight. See photo for the view from our door.

Ideal place for the price! It was nice and clean, the staff were really nice, no loud neighbors during the night, and the bed was perfect to get a good night sleep. Very close to the center too, and there was a place to park the car
