Location and accommodation

Zeer goede ligging, mooie kamers. Door annulatie van onze vlucht mochten we toch onze verblijfsdata wijzigen, ook al was de periode om gratis te annuleren voorbij. We hadden een probleem met het warme water van één van de douches, dat werd meteen verholpen dankzij de vlotte bereikbaarheid van gastvrouw Susanna.

I really liked the period features of the property with modern touches, the property was also lovely and quiet so we could get good rest when staying there. Really good location near the university but 10 minutes away from the leaning tower and about 15 minutes to the train station so ideal if you want to explore other parts of Tuscany as well.

Check out was quite early and think this could be made later like most other hotel/ BnB establishments, also maybe a coffee machine in the room?

Nice option in Pisa, close to the centre but not crowded. Comfortable and clean, it also has easy parking in front of the place. The host is very responsive and nice.

Our toilet and shower were outside of the room, which is even private, but can be annoying during the night. So pay attention to the room you are booking and the description, so as not to be surprised like us.

En fait c’est un RbnB. Je n’avais pas compris. Donc tout s’est passé par SMS. Les instructions étaient bonnes et claires. Les chambres sont propres et la salle de bain est ok. Il y a ce qu’il faut pour un café le matin. La personne qui s’occupe des locations est agréable et disponible à toute heure par WhatsApp. Mais on ne la voit pas. Ce n’était pas nécessaire d’ailleurs.

Le bruit des véhicules qui passent juste devant les chambres toute la nuit. Donc c’est mal insonorisé.

Beautiful room for a B&B .

Wasn’t aware it was a B&B . Shared public spaces with cameras on you ! I booked for friends in the upper building but I was forced to swap rooms late in the evening because of regulations and passport registration to the room . It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing to have to ask our friends to move out !

Posizione molto buona e struttura ben arredata. Palazzo storico davvero bello.

Enjoyed the quirkiness Provision of cake, croissants and home made biscuits a lovely touch
