Very nice room in the apartment, very clean and Clorinda was excellent with very good communication. Walk was about 20 minutes to the tower.

Nothing it was amazing

We had a lovely two night stay at Clorinda’s guest house! She welcomed us on arrival and showed us all the facilities. The room was spacious with a private bathroom, it was very clean and had a good air conditioning unit. We had our 1 year old baby with us and Clorinda kindly provided a cot with mattress and a high chair. There were plenty of towels and even a little pack of toiletries provided! We had rented a car and Clorinda kindly showed us somewhere nearby where we could park for free, otherwise there is paid on street parking outside the accomodation. The rooms were very secure and the shared kitchen area very clean & tidy with complimentary tea/coffee and bread/pastries. There is a little balcony off the kitchen which has a lovely view! We would highly recommend.

The only two negatives we had were that we were provided with just one room key card. It was only an issue for us when we were using the kitchen area and we were in & out of our room with our baby, I was a little paranoid I’d leave the key in the room by mistake and not be able to re-enter! We also needed to work in the kitchen area for a couple of hours while our baby took a nap and unfortunately Clorinda couldn’t get the air conditioning to work so in summer (38 degrees) it was a little warm but manageable.

location was approximate 10 mint by car from PISA international airport. There were complimentary teas/coffee, bread and jams. The property was beautifully decorated. The host was very friendly. We only had one night in PISA but we really enjoyed our stay here. I am grateful to the host as she dropped us twice due to taxi unavailability which is very much appreciated.

Very clean and great value. The host was extremely helpful and she provided free water, juice, tea, coffee and toast. Nice and quiet location.

Beautiful room , fully fitted out with AC and TV. Clorinda was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Fully recommended staying here for any trip to Pisa, 15 min walk to the tower and beautiful view along the river. There's also a lift in the building so you don't have to carry your suitcase! Wonderful stay!

I would recommend this property clorinda was the perfect host . She made sure I got to the airport when departing as there was no taxis or public transport at the time I was to travel to the airport. The room was spotless modern and all I needed for my stay in pisa . 25 minute walk and you are at the square of miracles. 15 minute walk to the main shopping area , 17 minute walk to the train station, so in a good location if you like peace and quiet.

The property is very modern and the host is super lovely and helpful.

It is located a little bit away from the central area, however Pisa is quite small and I was able to walk from the accommodation to the main attractions and it did not take long

Very nice room. Nice views of the river. Not too far from the old town. The lady owner was charming and very helpful.
