Absolutely amazing value for money! Room was very nice, spacious, lot of common areas inside and outside, equipped kitchen. Everything was extremely clean. Highly recommended!

Clean and pretty rooms. The kitchen was also great for Zanzibar standards. And I loved the cats! There is a living room where you can work and eat etc. It’s walking distance to the beach and to the main road with all the small shops.

The wifi is really bad. And sometimes the cellphone provider doesn’t get connection inside the rooms. No hot water to shower although this is a common occurrence in Zanzibar.

Internet and access to calls was terrible.Everytime I asked about the Internet I was told that someone is coming to take a look at it and it was never ever sorted out.So I missed alot of calls and was just not able to do anything on line unless I walk 100 metres away and use my own data. I needed to use the shower and toilet since my one was occupied with an employee inside showering.I was told I can only used the shared facilities.So it would be best that the facilities for guests are retained for guests only as it is unfair that the Employees and guests have to share the same facilities.I found that quite odd. Security is no existent.Came in Late several times to find no security manning the gate.

My room had very small windows, too hot in it. Bathroom acceptable. cats are enoying

clean house, comfortable bad, really good location, good workers, good kitchen! this place have everything what you need!! ( really cute cats but not too much they are hanging the garden and never disturb)

You get what you're paying for. It's a very basic room and the staff aren't around much. There are also a lot of cats but luckily I'm a cat person. The room was extremely hot even though there were two fans provided. The internet was great though- once it was turned on. The kitchen was also a bonus.

So hot at night. Two fans were provided but made little difference.
