The self-check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated. The location is great, just a few steps from the bus stop with easy access to Pisa’s center. There’s also a cozy café right next door where you can enjoy a delicious Italian breakfast. Highly recommended!

We ended up using a studio, which was unexpected. The place is clean, comfortable beds, it has it's own private parking, which was important. We received instruction on how to enter 1 day before arrival through what'sup. For people coming outside of EU an not being able to be online 24/7 , it seemed a bit risky.

Communication was slightly difficult. First there was misunderstanding about the day of our arrival, luckily they had a spare room prepared. There was also misscommunucation on the way we should pay and whom to leave the money. We didn't meet the person that was the contact, which is fine, just a bit unusual.

The acommodatio was 7 minutes away from our car rental and airpoirt which was great for us. Next door you have a small caffeteria for morning coffee and the accomodation has a private parking in front of the house. The room was enough for a one night sleep and early morning flight.

Easy to find and quiet area. Easy to get to Pisa view sight.

One of the bathroom was a bit dated.

Very very clean, the room was cleaned every day, the towels were refreshed every day. The location has a bus stop just in front, there is a supermarket 10 min away by foot.

Small room may be inconvenient for some, but if you plan to visit Pisa and around you will use the room for recharging during the night so it won’t bother you.

Location is beautiful. The host was very friendly and approachable.

There room was very small and there was hardly space to move around.

Good location for visit to Pise.

The room was in a great condition and the place was kept clean every day! Extremely nice and lovely hosts. It made our stay in Pisa very enjoyable.
