"Superb"

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very basic which actually was fantastic. The bathroom was great. I didn't shower there as I was up and gone by 6am. The host was very friendly and accommodating and pleasant. A really lovely man and good information given. The location is unbelievable. Not even 15 minutes from the train station and about 10 minutes from the airport depending on your walking pace. Value for money is excellent. I'll definitely be booking here again next time I am in Pisa. Bonus there is an amazing pissaria 3 minutes walk from the property.

"Good"

The bed was really soft and nice. It was really close to the airport. Just 13min walking.

The shower’s water pressure was bad.

It’s as basic as you can get, just a bed in a room really. Did not feel nice or comfortable so I’m just glad we didn’t sleep there

"Was a rescue in situation I was."

Owner explained that no need to book taxi and how to find it walking. Quiet place. It’s good for short stay.

Room was cold. Radiators was warm but obviously not enough. Also bathroom.

No much pressure of the water for shower, water is not warm. Old facilities, the bed sheet was not changed. Room is small.

Great location for the airport only 15 mins walk. We met by the owner on arrival, who was helpful and gave us all the information we needed. The room was basis but clean and spacious. The shared bathroom was very clean. 2nd visit in 1 week.
