Clean apartment, very friendly owners, parking infront of the house.

All was good.

Price/value ratio was great for us. We have been able to charge our Tesla using a standard Shuku 230V grounded electric socket, 2 available outside of the house near the parking slot. Own travel charger is required. We have used Tesla UMC gen2 with Shuku plug and charged at 13A, which was sufficient for our needs. If you are into walking, you can get to the central part of Pula within 40 minutes, around the same time to Max shopping mall. Public transportation (bus) is also available, 1.5 EUR per single ticket. Max shopping mall had free parking. Central city - paid parking possible by cash or card. Hot and cold water had proper pressure. Hot water temperature could be regulated in wide range. We had everything to kook simple food. Weather was good, so we haven’t used an AC.

Really hard to name dislikes. What could potentially improved is a Wi-Fi coverage in the apartment, we got frequent disconnections when moving across the room, but when there was at least 2 points on WiFi scale - connection was stable and had good speed. That wasn’t our main point of view interest so this is just a comment. Kitchen faucet may require servicing or replacement soon. I was of impression it leaks water into the sink, this slightly increasing water consumption.

Very clean and comfortable apartament. Close to the marina and beaches. It was quiet and calm area.
