The architecture, most precisely location....ubud Palace, market , restaurants, hospital every other public facilities at stone throw distance. Though being in the centre of marketplace, once inside the building peaceful and serene.Best value for money

Service....hot water is not always available....only on call....no toilet jet ...no shampoo. It would have been good if these were provided . As it's a homestay one can't expect commercial service. If one can ignore them it's ok which we did and enjoyed our stay.

Chambres charmantes et spacieuses au bord de la piscine. l'homestay est idéalement placé dans le centre ville d'ubud. La piscine est sympa. Les petits déjeuners sont simples et ont le mérite d'être là.

Hice la reserva de mi habitación dónde incluia el aire acondicionado y al llegar no encontraba el mando y me hicieron pagar el mando por los dias que estuve alojado. Me pareció una tomadura de pelo.

Le calme tout en étant en centre ville

El desayuno muy bueno, las tortitas de fruta del dragón con plátano de escándalo, el hotel es un refugio de paz y tranquilidad con naturaleza, había pájaros en el jardín, ardillas, todo muy idílico

Limpiar un poco mejor algunos detalles como manecillas de la luz y lavabo por fuera. Pero estaba muy bien todo

The location is really good, near to the center and all the cultural stuff.

We booked 4 rooms, in one of them the toiled was damaged and didn’t flush correctly. The bathrooms were not so clean, it looks old and with details on the cleaning that make it feel like a bad place. In one of the bathrooms the toilet was almost on the same space of the shower, so it felt like a smaller space. The smell on all the rooms is bad, it’s humid, and as they keep them closed there’s no ventilation, so bad odors are concentrated. When booking it was not clear when the room has AC or not, we booked two rooms without it and we didn’t know it.

Habitación amplia y muy luminosa, muy cerca de la piscina. El desayuno muy rico y la familia anfitriona muy agradable y siempre atentos.

Tout est parfait. L emplacement, les chambres sont spacieuses et belles. La piscine est très propre... le petit déj vraiment délicieux. Le personnel d une grande gentillesse.

Schöne kleine Anlage, die sich mitten in Ubud befindet. Ich hatte ein sehr liebevoll ausgestattetes Zimmer - sehr imposante Tür und Fensterläden.

Das Badezimmer ist eben so, wie man es oft kennt: etwas runtergekommen und schimmelig an manchen Stellen.
