Location was good that’s it

Staff was so rude whenever i tried to ask for something the lady always gave me a big NO and made the new rules for the property and multiple times they went in the Villa without the permission turned off the AC and turned off the lights and when i asked why did you turned off the AC it’s really hot outside so when I come back to the hotel at night I want the room to be cold she said we save electricity here and even tho pool is private but there’s specific timing for you to use the pool because they close it whenever they want to and few things got missing my perfume and my Hermes slides dust bag and when i asked where’s it and why did you enter the room even tho I told you multiple times don’t enter the room she replied oh ‘sorry’

Perfect Location: An overall excellent property located just a convenient 1 km walk from Ubud Palace. Property looks very good in daylight just wow experience. Wonderful Hospitality: The staff members were incredibly helpful, warm, and friendly throughout our stay. We had asked to decorate our room and staff did excellent job also we had floating breakfast it was also nice experience. Comfortable Stay: The room was clean and cozy, though it was slightly on the smaller side. Overall, this is an excellent option within this price range, offering a unique village-style theme that makes you feel like you are living right in the heart of nature. The highlight of the stay was definitely the wonderful experience of the open pool and the open-air bathroom.

Pool Confusion: The property has four rooms—two with private pools and two with a shared pool. However, it is impossible to differentiate between them in the photos. If you want a private pool, make sure to double-check and confirm during booking, as they are priced differently based on your requirements. Based on my experience, shared pool is also good and big from photogenic view. Disappointing Breakfast: The breakfast spread was quite limited with very few options. We were particularly disappointed by the pancakes and waffles. It would be much better if they added simple items like vegetarian or cheese sandwiches or even basic croissant. Poor Night Lighting: The property lighting is far too dim at night. Since we arrived after sunset, the atmosphere felt slightly dull, and the low visibility made it difficult to unpack and organize our suitcases.

The path leading to our room was not very suitcase friendly, the room was on smaller side and there's no fridge in the room. The staff asked me if I could give her my perfume which was a little weird. I did tip her though. Also there was no soap.

Leuke kamer, met een geweldige buitendouche. Je loopt zo de heuvel af naar het centrum, maar ligt toch heel rustig en naast de supermarkt, altijd handig. Iedere ochtend een lekker ontbijt, en schone handdoeken. Wij moesten ons zwembad delen met een ander huisje, maar die waren er niet, dus lkkr privé. Wij vonden het hier erg leuk

Vond de kamer iets aan de kleine kant, en mistte een koelkast, maar verder waren we heel tevreden.

Emplacement idéal sur Ubud, villa avec piscine et vue sur jungle. Grand lit à baldaquin. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux. Service de pressing sur place. Personnel très gentil.

Beaucoup d'insectes car la salle de bain est ouverte sur la nature(fourmi au sol) travaux en face de notre salle de bain donc intimité moyenne.
