Location: Super close to the city centre, we rode motorbike but if you don't have any other mean of transport, you might need to hike a little bit. But it was located next to a small river and a quiet road. Facilities & Property: -The room is big, and we booked the one with bathtub. It was so huge, me and husband were confused what to do with so much space 😂. But we enjoyed having our dinner by the terrace, eating some food we bought from a nearby supermarket. The staff also kind enough lending us a bread knife. -The pool is nice and super cold due to Ubud's weather at the moment. But all are clean and working properly Service: we love the hospitality! It is locally owned and we got the chance to meet the 2nd generation owner. He was kind and super welcoming. The staffs were all smiley and helpful.

This is not what we like, but it might be considered as feedback instead: -providing phone numbers -> hotel WA number (if needed), any local emergencies etc (for international tourist, maybe) -tourism guidance or sort of maps/travel plan in the room Overall, everything went perfect :)

the staff was amazing especially Angaa who was always there ready to help and make our stay unforgettable breakfast pancakes were delicious we already miss the dog Papi, our son is still asking about her :)

a lot of insects inside the room but i believe it’s totally normal in Bali

The property was super clean and had a perfect location. Staff was also super nice.
