W pokoju było bardzo czysto, codziennie sprzątane jak w hotelu 5*. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny.

W łazience podczas kąpieli woda zalewała całą podłogę i długo nie uchodziła do kanalizacji.

Lovely decent sized rooms, pool is small but there was never anyone else around it. The cutest family of dogs are in the family's property so you get to see them everyday, and the staff were so helpful and kind. They helped us sort tickets for the traditional Kecak fire dance, and recommended us activities to do everyday.

The bathroom was slightly outdated. Beds quite firm. Right next to a musical performance area, so most days for an hour or so in the late afternoon there was loud music.

The property is very nice and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay We loved the kindness of the staff, they were very attentive and willing to help with everything

The hosts were nice and welcoming. Booking was fine. The location is great and there are lots of animals around.

The first morning, somebody woke me up at 7 am to confirm if I wanted breakfast, when I mentioned the previous that that I was going to let them know if I wanted. I know that it was in their best intention, but I already mentioned that I, in principle I didn't want it. The water pump made a lot of noise when anyone in the property was using any water. When I complained, the staff did little to nothing apart from a "Deal With It, it will get better attitude.", which it didn't. I couldn't get a good late sleep during my stay. There are no working desks in the room, but they were nice to bring a table I could use. The WiFi wasn't great during my stay, and I couldn't access several of my work apps and websites unless I used my phone as a hotspot
