Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing due to poor service and problems with the restaurant and reception. We ordered fish for dinner, but it was clearly undercooked. The meat was raw inside, bloody and translucent, and it did not come off the bones at all. When I pointed this out, a staff member tried to convince me that this was a normal way of preparing fish and said that if I wanted it well done, I should have stated that when ordering. This response was unprofessional and unacceptable, as serving properly cooked food should be a standard. Additionally, during check-out the staff tried to charge us a second time for the dinner, even though we had already paid for it the previous day. Resolving this took a long time, despite the fact that we repeatedly explained that we were in a hurry. The staff member did not seem to care and was in no rush to help us. Overall, the service was very slow, and it was often difficult to find anyone at the reception. Because of these issues, we cannot recommend this hotel.
