La casa a disposizione degli ospiti, con una grande cucina e una veranda esterna. Possibilità di stendere il bucato. La disponibilità di lavastoviglie, da caricare dopo una veloce sciacquata delle stoviglie. Camera ampia con bagno (quella con bagno interno).

La dotazione è quasi completa, ma manca il tostapane. La doccia scarica bene, solo dopo due colpi di ventosa.

Absence de climatisation et ventilateur trop bruyant. Dommage....

A cadela era amorosa!! Soube bem desfrutar da piscina. Quarto cómodo.

Poucos utensílios no anexo que era para uso dos clientes.

Achei que tudo estava conforme o sugerido no momento da reserva, o quarto grande o suficiente, se houver um ponto a destacar que podia ser melhor, seria em termos de ar condicionado, estava muito calor e o ar condicionada existente, não refrescava o quarto, só ficava bom com o ar condicionado virado para mim mesma... De resto, tudo impecável! Voltarei certamente

After making an initial booking, I contacted the hotel to extend our stay. The arrangement was confirmed and the record of the whole conversation is on booking dot com platform. Before our stay, the hotel sent a message which only confirmed 1 night of accommodation. I messaged the hotel to ask them to review their response and confirm our extended booking. They were adamant they only had 1 night reserved even though the whole arrangement was 1 scroll up in the chat. I asked them to review the chat, and then also phoned, explaining they confirmed the extension months ago. They were insistent that I was incorrect. Eventually they agreed to go check and then contact me again. Hours passed and we were 90min from arriving in Braga. I had to book new accommodation at a last minute premium and then sent a free cancelation request to AM Residence. 40min later they sent a message to say they actually did have the extension on record but we would have to stay in different rooms each night. I explained that I had to make a different arrangement and would not be checking in with them. They did not honour my free cancelation request. I advise anyone considering this hotel to avoid it. The most frustrating part was to try and convince them to just scroll up 5 lines in the chat to read their own booking confirmation. The next morning they sent a message to ask if I enjoyed my stay at their hotel. What a joke.
