Guest House Ivan

Docekala nas je Aleksandra,vrlo prijatna devojka,predusretljiva i na raspolaganju uvek. Komunikacija oko chek in-a je bila vrlo laka i bez problema. Smestaj je bio lep,cist,prostran(dnevni boravak,trpezarija i kuhinja),snabdeven sa svim sto je potrebno pa i vise(sa skromnom bibliotekom od klasika do savremene baletristike). Do centra i starog grada je potrebno oko 10 do 15 minuta laganog hoda. Sve u svemu velika preporuka!

Mozda ne bih bas svrstala u sta mi se nije dopalo ali kupatilo je bilo u zajednickom hodniku sa jos jednom ili dve sobe i posto je to kuca pretvorena u apartamane onda mi je imalo logike i nije smetalo,bilo mi je ok.Kupatilo je bilo samo nase i sa kljucem,znaci samo mi imamo pristup. Tako da,dopalo mi se!

Prvi utisak je bio super. Naravno do kraja. Prostoran, lepe boje, detalji. Vlasnice su bile super, izlaze u susret, čisto, mirišljavo...

Ništa što bi pokvarilo odmor

Good location, close to the bus station. Nice balcony. Good shared kitchen space. Clean bathroom.

The host was quite rude over text when I was briefly confused / mixed up this booking with my next booking even though I quickly corrected my mistake and apologised. Host doesn't pay tourist tax for you, make sure to set aside time in the first 24 hours of arriving to pay it. The hosts didn't provide information on where to go or their details needed to pay the tourist tax, we also weren't told that we had to go within the first 24 hours of arriving, we almost incurred a very expensive fee at the tax office because of this.

The apartment was clean and there was every comforts what I need. The location is perfect in nearby of bus station.

Toilet isn't including in the apartment. It is at different place.

It's a nice small place with well equipped kitchen and strong AC.

I think it was too expensive for what it was really. Far from the coast, bathroom with no shower door so water was everywhere. Quite small, simple room for 50 euro a night.
