Recently renovated floors and beds with wonderful mattresses. Everything was spotless, fresh, and pleasant. Excellent Wi-Fi, perfect location, and the loveliest villagers. There’s a great little bar just around the corner. Within 20–60 minutes’ drive you can explore other charming historic villages and towns with beautiful architecture, natural swimming pools, and crystal-clear water. The host was incredibly kind and even left us fresh eggs from her own chickens. The house had the warm, welcoming feeling of visiting your grandmother’s countryside home — full of comfort and care. Well-equipped for cooking, cleaning, and relaxing, and it stayed pleasantly cool even during very hot days. The fan was high-quality and effective. Gorgeous old shutters, tasteful decoration with handmade and antique pieces, everything arranged with love. The nearby church bells play a melody that adds to the cozy atmosphere. There’s also a small shop and bar where friendly locals gather — perfect for a beer (€1.20) or watching football together. The courtyard is beautiful, with mountain and river views, and everything in the house worked perfectly. The host is simply amazing — warm, caring, and truly makes you feel at home. The outdoor space has a brick BBQ, table for six, comfy seating, and the relaxing sounds of the river and birdsong. Free, large, and convenient parking. And just a one-minute walk away — a natural swimming pool with crystal-clear water!

Very good location, beautiful surroundings. House has everything what we needed. The beds were smell nice and comfortable. It was already warm inside when we arrived and a landlady was lovely. She showed us around and shares some useful information.

It could be a bit cleaner, but ok for a short stay. The church is very close and they ring the bell from 7am :(

Very nice accomadation a whole house and very friendly

Very nice and clean place to stay in Ponte do Sotão (Góis). The host was very attentive and kind. The room was in a 2-room unit with a spacious living room with balcony, with a well equipped kitchen and even had some snacks prepared for the guests. I was grateful to check in earlier than I've initially anounced and felt very welcome all in all.
