Residência Machado

War für uns eine Notunterkunft, da der Flieger ausgefallen war. Würden wir nie wieder buchen. Wenigstens konnten wir unser Gepäck bis nachmittags stehen lassen.

Sehr laut durch vorbeifahrende Autos, kein Schallschutz. Dunkler Küchenbereich, nicht sehr einladend. Bad entweder nur mit Wanne oder mit Dusche und Duschvorhang. Früh halb neun wurde man von der Bohrmaschine geweckt. Der Mann an der Rezeption wirkte sehr unfreundlich. Die azoreanische Gelassenheit beim Auschecken war hier nicht zu spüren. Bereits vor 11 Uhr bekamen wir Nachricht, dass wir Strafe zahlen müssen, wenn wir nach 11 Uhr auschecken. Um 5 nach 11 wurden wir gerügt und unfreundlich behandelt..

That it’s in a good location

That was very expensive for the type of room and service they provide no room service at all they don’t even provide a coffee pot in a room bathroom was never cleaned while I was there only once or sometimes twice a week towels would be picked up you come out of the front door to go outside and have to be careful where you step as there is dog poop right in front of the door. There is no one ever at the reception desk if you ever need anything they provide you with a number but you call but nobody answers. I have stayed at this facility before but this time was the worst.

Nous sommes partis au bout de 4 jours sur les 7 de notre séjour. Nous allons aux Açores et à Horta depuis 24 ans et c'est la première fois que nous avons un logement aussi décevant : pièce exiguë dans laquelle nous pouvions à peine nous déplacer, salle de bain situé dans un couloir commun à 3 autres chambres (!), installation électrique défectueuse, propreté moyenne (moisissures...), mini bar inexistant, jamais personne a la réception, ménage payant, pas de machine à café, mauvaise literie... Le prix est complètement déraisonnable au regard des prestations. Nous nous sommes réfugiés dans un hôtel qui nous a coûté 120 € la nuit avec un autre niveau de prestations (grande chambre, petit déjeuner, piscine, personnel charmant...). En résumé, nous déconseillons totalement cet endroit dont le prix relève quasiment du vol.
