Maison confortable spacieuse, au calme et bien équipée. Le Jacuzzi très appréciable en fin de journée. Propriétaire disponible et très sympa. Je recommande ce logement nous avons passés une semaine incroyable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter tout le sud.

Durante una ruta en familia por el sur de Islandia, paramos en esta casa en el camino de vuelta a la capital. Después de haber probado los alojamientos en el resto de nuestra ruta, encontrar por fin una casa de verdad, con tamaño de "casa" y no de habitáculo prefabricado, se agradece. Sólo paramos una noche y no pudimos disfrutarla todo lo que nos habría gustado. Dispone también de una terraza con barbacoa, mesa y sillas, y un jacuzzi. La relación calidad-precio es buena, sobre todo comparando con el resto de alojamientos que conocimos.

Proche de la route principale mais assez retiré pour profiter du calme avec vue sur l'Eyjafjallajökull. Parfaitement équipé et propre.

Best kitchen during our trip in Iceland. We have everything to cook up a storm. Beds are comfy and place is clean. Sunset was beautiful.

Hellatún Guest House was in a picturesque setting out in the countryside of Hella. The view of the grasses and horses in the distance was peaceful. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was relaxing but wish it had a view of the countryside. Negatives out way the positives.

Very disappointing stay. The building itself (paint, windows) and decking is not being maintained. The pictures must have been taken years ago. The house needs an overall deep clean, fresh paint and furniture update. The unit is not worth the cost. The host was responsive and offered to clean it again but that would not have been enough. Upon entering the unit, it smelled of cooked fish which lasted our entire 4 night stay. The kitchen was not functional or clean- the dishwasher wasn't emptied and "cleaned" dishes in there were still dirty. Waste basket had a bag in it that was too small to fit around the can opening. Flies were present so its hard to open the windows to air the place out and owner asks that the doors remain shut because of mice. Mice? And yet, the bottom drawer in the kitchen has opened bags loosely closed with flour, sugar and the like. The bathroom smelled musty and was missing a sink drain plug. The shower fixtures were covered in soap scum. There was no proper ventilation and towels and swimsuits wouldn't dry. Its was a lot of showering for 4 people in one bathroom to shower both before the hot tub and for regular showering. The vacuum cleaner and floor duster were left out in the open. Small hard pullout couch and dirty Ikea chair were all that we had to sit on besides the dining table. Couldn't get the TV to work - no instructions given. The hot tub was nice but the deck was covered in algae and hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Would be nice if the deck had a glass railing so you could see the view out back. If you only have one night and you don't plan on cooking, the place might be tolerable since the beds were comfortable. But with a dirty kitchen, we found ourselves spending a lot more on food than we had planned. The unit has potential, but it needs some major upkeep.

Appartamento molto bello, in una posizione splendida lontano da tutti. La piscina calda è stupenda e pronta all'uso all'arrivo, l'appartamento spazioso e con una cucina ben fornita. La persona con la quale sono stata in contatto per i dettagli è stata super carina e disponibile. È disponibile la macchina da lavare senza costi aggiuntivi con anche il detersivo. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento, noi ci abbiamo dormito in 6 ed è stato perfetto.
