The service was fantastic. Ahmed was lovely and so helpful with organising my taxi and reccomendations. The rooms were clean and spacious and I had a lit fire in my room every night which really helped when it snowed. It's definately the hotel with the best view of the valley being up the top of the hill. iIt's in such a quiet and peaceful location with very little noise pollution so you can really listen to all the nature throghout the valley. Breakfast and dinner each day was great and they make communication really simple and straightforward. I will absolutely go back.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the views were absolutely amazing. Everything made us feel welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived. I can highly recommend this accommodation and truly hope to return again in the future.

We have absolutely nothing to complain about – everything exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly enjoyable.

Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en de ligging was prachtig.

Aankomst, de toegang, was rommelig, werden vriendelijk ontvangen en naar onze kamers gebracht. De kamers waren erg donker en er was nauwelijks goed werkende verlichting aanwezig. Stopcontact lag er 1/2 uit, een ander had geen aansluiting. In 1 van onze kamers hing een rooklucht van haardvuur. De douches waren nagenoeg koud, na een klacht werd de boiler aangezet, met pas de volgende dag heet water. In een van de douches liep het water niet weg bij wastafel en douche. Er werd bij het diner niet de bestelde toetjes geserveerd, bij het ontbijt werden er 3 ipv 4 omelet geserveerd, dat werd na een opmerking herstelt. De eetruimte was beneden peil. Het duurste hotel op onze reis met de minst/laagste kwaliteit. Jammer!
