Staff was great- very friendly, informative & welcoming

Unfortunately the accommodation itself made for the least comfortable stay I’ve experienced. There is no working heat- the heating systems in the room are very misleading. In place of heat, we were offered a fire which then filled the room with smoke. We were unable to sleep in the room due to concerns about breathing in the smoke. After hours of trying to air out the space in freezing whether, we ended up sleeping in a friends room. The toilet was also leaking on the floor, and the shower did not drain. Traveling with a friend who had a second room and they had the same issues in their room.

De locatie net buiten het dorp is prima. Je kijkt mooi uit over de bergen en de vallei. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het dorp. Vanuit het hotel kun je een mooie ronde maken langs de watervallen van Imlil, totale afstand ongeveer 7 km via het dorp. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Op verzoek werd het eten geserveerd in de gezelschapsruimte waar voor ons de open haard werd aangestoken.

De kamers worden verwarmd door middel van een open haard, supergezellig maar de volgende morgen ruikt alles echter naar rook.
