"Good location, great people"

We had a lovely stay! Maki san was nice and even helped us with a reservation! The other staff was super friendly as well. The room was comfortable, tho we missed a few chaors to sit in. The Room was cold but heating with the AC was no problem! We had a great time and would definitly come again!

Great location.cleam and comfortable.

Front door is not locked. Some people entered the premises to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. It's a little unnerving. It's why it's not a 10

The house itself was super fun and quirky and the room was the perfect size for three people. Maki was also super kind and gave us a ton of great restaurant and experience recommendations for Kochi!

The location was a little inconvenient and the pull in for parking was a bit scary as it was in the middle of a three way intersection.

A beautiful house with a unique interior, absolutely loved the ocean theme of the house and everyone was super friendly! Super clean, cute and a very memorable stay. Would come back for sure, maybe in the summer!

"Lovely guesthouse in the middle of town"

Maki-san was really friendly. Upon greeting, she showed me around the building. As I came late, I was planning to make a 30 minute walk to Kochi castle. Maki-san told me she was going around the area and offered me a ride which I'm truly grateful for. Bunk beds are large and have small shelves to keep items close. Absolutely loved how the walls, bed frames and literally almost everything was made of wood. A very warm feeling. Walkable from Kochi station, it's location is also convenient

Toilet and bathroom are quite small and cramped. I'm quite wide hence it was a little difficult navigating around. If there are snorers or generally loud sleepers sharing the room, it'll be a difficult to get quality sleep, especially if you're a light sleeper. Earplugs are your best friend

Maki the guesthouse owner was super cheerful and friendly during our stay. She even helped us shift our clothes in the washing machine to the dryer when she noticed we were out for dinner and were not yet back. Excellent hospitality and facilities were top notch! Thank you Maki-san for everything
