Mirakul Residence in a cute historic town

Excellent location, very clean and spacious. Good kitchenette facilities. Friendly host and cleaning staff. Parking was very close by. Nearby restaurant and beach recommendations were perfect.

I found the AC quite hard to use (possibly user error!).

Camera in un edificio da poco ristrutturato, in una viuzza del centro storico di Labin. Camere decorate in modo originale, spaziose, letto comodo, vista suoi tetti e sul mare C' è un frigo nella cucina comune del piano terra, ma sarebbe bene averne uno in camera. Inoltre ci sarebbe la necessità di avere uno stendino per sistemare gli asciugamani e costumi, al rientro dalla spiaggia. Un'ultima cosa...una riassettata e una "passata al bagno" giornaliera sarebbe una cosa gradita.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, in einem alten Haus in einer schmalen Gasse in der Altstadt von Labin. Mehrere Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Inklusive Parkplatz.

Amazing property at excellent location near restaurants with great view. Great communication with host who welcomed us when we arrived, Common kitchen is equipped with everything that someone can think of for quick and simple snack and coffee. Room is clean, with enough space for two, and amazing bathroom. With two windows there is great amount of natural light (Sun if you are lucky 😁) Everything considered, big recommendation if you are visiting Labin or Rabac.

Super nice, new and comfortable room in the old town of Labin. Everything super clean. Beautiful kitchenette (no stoves) with freely available coffee machine. Parking very close. Great solution to stay in Labin old town

Apartment host was very helpful with accommodation tips and always answers immediately by whatsapp in case of questions or issues. Good option for car owners, there is little parking next to the hotel, host will book slot for you day before, just need to send plate number to Jelena. (hotel host). Nice share kitchen, with available tableware, knives, cups, etc. Available fridge, seasonings and sugar as well. Overall kitchen is very stylish. Lovely coffee table on the street straight in front of entrance, perfect for enjoying morning coffee outdoors. Scenic streets around the hotel.

Just some light flaws: Narrow streets for parking, necessary to driving thru the old city of Labin to get the Hostel. For obvious reasons elevator is not available. Pretty narrow staircase. Lightning of entire hotel wasn't bright enough, but I suppose that just stylised like that. :3
