Location of course, right next to the marina, the beach, a few nice restaurants and supermarket at the end of the street also we had a balcony which was a nice touch Bed sheets smelled nice, shared bathroom was clean The Host was nice

The only thing missing would be air conditioning, but that would probably nerf the good price So it’s a good trade off because of all the advantages this place has
