La posizione è ottima per chi cerca tranquillità e bei paesaggi; a 10 minuti in auto dalla bella cittadina di Labin, il B&B è situato su una collina con vista tramonto, immerso nella natura. La colazione è abbondante e buona, la piscina non grande ma bellissima, e il personale sempre cordiale e disponibile. Gli ospiti hanno possibilità di utilizzare una lavatrice in comune durante il soggiorno.

La stanza era leggermente polverosa quando siamo arrivati, e di dimensioni appena vivibili. La porta del bagno, a soffietto, era rotta così che non c'era privacy nella stanza.

Piccolo B&b a conduzione familiare, con poche camere. Tranquillissimo e super silenzioso. Camere comode e ben curate complete di tutto. La piscina è un oasi bellissima di relax. E la sera ci siamo cucinati una griglia nel bbq a disposizione con la vista e la luce del tramonto. Stupendo!

Kind and helpful hosts. Good and quiet location, all attractions can be reached within a maximum of 15-20 minutes by car. Clean room, super breakfast with a versatile selection. The pool is a huge plus point!

The only negative factor was the extra soft mattress, but it can be tolerated in the short term.

Absolutely wonderful personnel. We loved the swimming pool, and the AC. The breakfast was delicious. Parking was free of charge and safe. Wonderful beaches are 10 minutes drive from the hotel

Location for someone without a car might be distant from the beach, but silence is a big advantage.
