The Location is good when you need to take the ferry back to Livorno as it is close to the Port.

The bed had a terrible mattress. The room an the hall Need to be renewed.

Great location, convenient for a short stay. The room is practical and comes with a mini fridge and free coffe and water. There was a great bakery and sweets shop downstairs. Self check-in was easy and convenient.

There was a weird smell of pipes in the room

"Great place to stay in ideal location"

Very clean and comfortable, the room had everything we needed - coffee etc, a great shower / bathroom, air conditioning etc. The room was a good size and well designed - modern and fresh. It is perfectly positioned for walking into the old part of town but has the advantage of not being in the restricted zone so you can drop your luggage off any time of day. There is a very good free car park 5 mins walk away and a fee-paying car park even closer. The icing on the cake is the bakery/cafe on the ground floor of the building - we thought it was one of the best in Sardinia, and an excellent place for breakfast. Some people mentioned the trains - they are not frequent and really didn’t disturb us (the windows are very good). This is a city so there will always be some noise but I would rather have the occasional train than a loud music bar. The host gave very clear instructions- with photos - on how to get in (key safe box) that worked very well. The host left a couple of pre-packed breakfast buns which looked rather squashed - I would suggest to the host that they shouldn’t provide guests snacks but tell guests to visit the bakery!

"Exceptional"

Excellent location in the centre of Olbia. 2 minutes walking distance from the bus and the train station. Room was very clean and smells fresh all the time, coffee and snack are included as well. We stayed 7 nights here and we highly recommend this place.

Location was great

It’s close to the the train station and the vehicles are sooo loud but thank god there is soundproof window so all good 👍
