Nepal Christian Guest House

This is one of the only places of this kind that we’ve found with AC. Although Kathmandu usually has nice weather, sometimes you want air conditioning. The rooms were very comfortable, and the staff who run it are kind and accommodating.

Only improvement I can think of would be a water dispenser on each floor. In a place where it’s dangerous to drink the tap water, it would be good to have easily accessible drinking water.

Staff we welcoming, helpful and friendly. Felt so much peace when I walked into this space. Beautiful rooftop with beautiful view. Good for good chats. Comfortable, clean lodging. Would highly recommend. :)

The facilities were great and the host family was absolutely wonderful

The hospitality of Bikram, Preeti and their children was outstanding. The facilities were great, but the highlight was the service we received. My granddaughter said that of all the places she visited in Nepal, the guesthouse was her favorite! The breakfasts were also consistently delicious.

The service was excellent. Bikram and Preeti were friendly and went out of their way to meet every need, demonstrating their Christian commitment and values . The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. We were traveling as a family and the facilities were well designed to accommodate children. Location is central and transportation was easy to find. This was also an exceptional value!

One suggestion would be to have a small booklet available to guests with a local map, suggested local restaurants and shops, policies regarding facility usage (drinking water location, how to dial local phone numbers), etc.
