Colazione insoddisfacente, asciugamani non cambiati per 3 giorni, nessuna bottiglia d'acqua di ricambio, neanche e’ stato svuotato il cestino in bagno, mancava anche il sapone per le mani. pessimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

The internet connection was really slow, there is no direct access to the fresh air in the room (no window, no ac).
