"Lovely place for me."

Lovely room, perfect location and the Hosts are fantastic. Simple but perfect for that budget holiday. Only 10-15 mins or so to the river. 5 minutes to the Metro much cheaper than taxi to airport. Another 5 minutes to Sao Bento railway Station to go to Aveiro, Braga, dont miss Braga and go on the ferry on the river to Gaia , beautiful. I will be back Theresa and Pedro and Mom. Thank you.

Not being able to live in Portugal permanently.

Street Parking was available

The pictures shown in webpage are misleading and don’t show the true decor of the place. It looks tired and in need of repairs. If you like cats you will find cats on pillows, floor rugs, hand paintings of cats

"Superb"

The bedroom was really spacious, with an extremely comfortable double bed. The staff also prepared a cradle for my 3-year-old son, which was really useful. Location is also an important thing to consider. The residence is at a 15-minute walking distance from the major Porto's tourist points and it is also quite close to a subway station. So, moving around is not a problem.

The room was a bit hot, especially during the day. There is a kind of a fam inside, but it's not sufficient to lower the temperature.

Great location. City centre is close, lots of small cafes nearby.

The room is uncomfortable (apart from the bed) and not worth the money at all. Behind the wall is a music rehearsal room with not the best noise insulation.

Not very friendly customer service No cleaning service, not new towel No front desk Facilities were difficult with a baby, no space to enter to the building with the stroller and no elevator Had difficulty with AC, we asked for help and they didn't do the setup for us. They gave us instructions that didn't work, we had to figure out ourselves Also, we said that we prefer to give our personal data in person and they said it wasn't possible and if we were not happy, " you shouldn't have booked with us" Not recommended.
