Clean room, warm shower, friendly staff

The hostal is in an area that my taxi driver was very concerned about at night time. During the day it was fine. The room was very clean and there was hot water, but my room had a window, without a curtain, facing the stairs that let in light the whole night; staff were talking above me until 1am as well, while the bathroom had a window facing the street that also brought noise from traffic. The light in the room was also a cheap florescent that was uncomfortable.

The manager was excellent. I accidentally booked for 2 people and she immediately rebooked me at a lower price at the hotel . Super nice . Arranged an early morning cab too!

Was great for one night stay.

Staff bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. About all i can say.

Location us in Comite De Pueblo which is the very bad part of the city. Unless you have no money or are desparate to loss money or worse, I would suggest a more Central hotel for your stay. We had no idea.
