Im Bad nur ein Hacken um Sachen aufzuhängen. Im Schlafbereich kein einziger Tisch, man hätte einen kleinen unter den Fernseher stellen können.

Qualitat preu elevat. No té aparcament pròpiament sinó davant n'hi ha un de públic. El llit feia soroll.

Check-in was quick and easy. We had a large room with a Maltese balcony that overlooked the countryside. Our room was out of the way down a corridor, with only one other room close by. We did not hear any noise from inside, or outside the hotel. We were able to store our luggage on arrival and check out. The hotel's bar and breakfast area overlooks a carpark and petrol station, which is not a perfect view, but we knew this when we booked and the proximity to the M'dina Gate more than makes up for this.

The room key had to be left in reception, which in itself was not a problem, but there was rarely anyone at reception when we returned. We noticed other guest taking their own keys. Staff who were passing by told us it was alright to collect the key from the hook ourselves. Many of the staff were different each day, but they never asked us for identification, or stopped to check which key we took. There were no safety deposit boxes. The bed squeaked whenever we moved. Breakfast on the Sunday was the worst breakfast I have had in a hotel. I requested scrambled eggs on toast and a yoghurt. They brought me a basket with four small slices of cold toast and some butter, then a cold plate with a smallish amount of scrambled egg. By the time I had buttered the toast, the egg was cold, plus it was totally unseasoned. The yoghurt never arrived. I also had a cup of peppermint tea, which was nice. The next day i ordered fruit and yoghurt, which was much better.

Good breakfast, and happy it was included! Lived that we could leave our luggage safely with staff after check-out, until we were ready to leave the area later that day.

I would have preferred a room with a view. There was nothing but an exterior wall to look at. But since it was only one night and not a longer stay, I can understand why I was placed here.
