Basic and slightly dated. However, the room was fine and well equipped, bed was comfy. Good location with plenty of parking and was value for money

Property owner was understanding that our flight was delayed and stayed late to receive us. He even carried our lugged up to the room. Property served breakfast and had a nice garden to sit in.

No AC, but nights were cool and all windows opened.

Location convenient for town centre. Easy, free parking. Some cooking facilities and fridge in room although we didn’t use them.

Could be cleaner. Fridge in room had very pungent cheese and old milk left in it by former guest. Used soap in shower. Front rooms on a noisy road. Room two floors up, no lift or assistance with bags offered.

Location for the centre of Rugby is good.

On entering the location there is an unpleasant pungent smell. I discovered that the room was a multiple share toilet which is in a boiler cupboard with no ventilation and an unpleasant old soap in a dish. The shower is added in the room with no extractor fan so there is damp evidence on the walls with peeling wall paperand a musty smell in the carpets that smelt worse than just damp. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable . The room was not clean enough and the carpet smelt. The sink is grubby and grubby sums up the general quality.

It was quiet, clean and perfect for our stay. We had a room upgrade.
