Clean and comfortable, beautiful place. Good value quality/money. Helpful staff.

There isn't a proper reception desk, you have to wait around at the bar. Our room had a window on the roof with a broken blind, so light came in very early in the morning.

The rooms, the interiors were exquisite. Lovely, bright colors

The location is dedicated to large parties, so if booking in transit or thinking you would relax, you might have a surprise :))

The place is in a great location, nicely maintained and beautiful garden.

The staff, and the way things have been handled upon checkin and checkout. Upon arrival, 4.5 h post checkin time the rooms were not ready, no one to talk to apart from waiters and a general unknowingness of the situation. Upon checkout, again no one to talk to, and very rude and unprofessional discussion in front of other clients, mocking me about not knowing to make a checkout. If only I knew it was my duty to run round the property looking for the right person.... Checked out 10 min prior to checkout time, but they were still unhappy. They definitely need to do something about the staff and their attitude. Another issue was that prior to arrival, I was called by the manager and out of 3 rooms for 2 nights she was asking me to give up 1 room for 1 night, as they had an event (wedding). Since I was going to the same event I declined politely like 3 times over the phone, yet they explicitly called out the fact that I had "the nerve" to decline and talk badly to "the manager". What was very disturbing was that they explicitly said I was lucky they accepted me as guest and did not just give me the money and send me my way... As if a booking made 3 months on advance has no importance to them. If you pass Roman, just pick a different place and e jot the beautiful country and stunning views, don't get frustrated here. You could just pass and eat something as the waiters are great and food awesome :)

Very nice location with lots of flowers, tree and a lake. Very good restaurant and very good breakfast à la carte.

Our room at first floor didn't have normal window, just a small one in the roof.
