It was a very lovely time in this homestay, the most friendly staff you can imagine

Bathroom was ok. Very simple and basic

Parece mas grande en las fotos, la habitación fue extremadamente pequeña y demasiado ruido afuera, la puerta no filtra el sonido, tenía huecos se escuchaba todo, bebes llorando, pwrsonas hablando, no pudimos descansar bien, si estás buscando descansar no es el lugar

Dirty… communal kitchen and spaces could use updating. Bathroom to the bedroom is super dated. This property may have gotten good ratings on tripadvisor in 2011, but today there is a lot of deferred maintenance!

Les points positifs sont l'emplacement près de la mer et la plage, du grand Icon et les proprios étaient très gentils ainsi que leur petite fille

Par contre, la chambre était sale et j'ai eu une sinusite tout mon séjour à cause de l'air conditionné pas propre. La piscine n'était pas très propre mais surtout très très chaude au point où je ne me suis pas baigné. Chambres besoin d'être nettoyées à fond et auraient besoin d'un rajeunissement.

I liked that my room was very clean, it was large & the bathroom was large too. I liked the position of the Hotel, in walking distance to lots of restaurants etc. The staff were kind & efficient

This Guesthouse is situated on a very busy corner, so traffic noise at night was very disturbing. The mattress on the bed needs replacing as there was a big hump in the middle & the sides slanted down, so I kept slipping to the edge of the bed. The stairs were very, very steep as I chose the upstairs room. Needed to be super careful coming down. Would be super dangerous in the wet. Because of the road noise I probably wouldn't choose to stay in this room again. Maybe the downstairs rooms ate better. This Guesthouse is also in need of lots of tidying up on the grounds. The pictures on Booking.com are a bit deceiving. Probs not bad value for money, though. ♡♡♡
