Hård säng och för stor kudde.

This was my third time staying here, the hosts are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Great location, short walk to the beach promenade. Rooms are a good size with a nice balcony. Comfortable beds. Toiletries provided and water provided. Kettle and fridge in the room. Breakfast was included which was good. Small pool but nice to cool off in. Good value for money.

Close to everything, 20 minute walk to the shopping center and 5 minutes to the beach. Very tasty and affortable breakfast. Staff was very friendly and always asking how are we, they even noticed my birthday ♥️ Rooms were clean, shower worked and room was cleaned every day. Balcony was great.

Only thing I would add, would be soft lights to create even more relaxing atmosphere but we worked that one out with our own small light.

Agus Tri Homestay was tucked backed and felt like a little getaway once inside and off the main street. But it IS on the main street and quite loud at night with traffic and mopeds, etc. The breakfast was basic but nourishing. Staff was pleasant. Pool was nice but could use more chairs. We cut through the property across the street (The Maya) to access the beach (not sure we were supposed to or not) so that was convenient. The coffee shop at that Maya Hotel across the street called Rue Bali was so very lovely and glad we had such easy access to it from Agus Tri Homestay.

The shower drain was very very slow...which leaves you standing in soapy water and feels icky. But what's worse was the absolutely toxic smell it caused after a shower. The day we arrived, we showered around 5:30pm then went for dinner and when we returned to our room around 10:30pm the room was sooo stinky. We didn't pinpoint the shower drain at that point. Nothing we could do about it at that time of night, so went to bed and tried to sleep through it. By morning the smell was gone...problem solved? Same thing next day...got back to our room late afternoon after being at the beach, etc, took showers and left for dinner and an evening out. Got back to the room around 11:00 and there's the toxic smell again - like sick-to-your-stomach gross. It was then that we figured out it was the shower drain. Luckily we'd bought some incense earlier and immediately started burning it to cover up the smell, which worked for dozing off to sleep. We were only booked for those two nights, and thank goodness because there is no possible way we could've stayed longer with that situation.

We only booked for a day in sanur until a late overnight flight. However wish we stayed longer. It was super affordable and extremely comfortable. Right in the heart of town and 5 minute walk to the beach. Will come back next time we are in Bali! Staff were very lovely too! Highly recommended
