We loved the location. We stayed in this area before and its convenient and quiet.

It should've been cleaned better, and there was a smell.

長期滞在なので、繁華街から離れていてもいいから駅から徒歩10分以内で、近くで夕食が食べられるところを探していました。要望にぴったりでした。近くの飲食店はとても美味しくて安くて満足でした。僕は韓国語がわからないので、料理の写真が貼ってあるところしか入れませんでしたが。

部屋に洗濯機があるのはとても嬉しかったです。乾燥機がなかったので、ロープを買ってきました。でもロープをかけるところにとても苦労しました。

The apartment is in a very local neighborhood, so it’s a bit far from the main tourist spots, but it’s close to bus stops, the subway, and convenience stores.

On the first day, there was a very strong musty odor, as if the place had been closed for a long time. The cleanliness could also be improved—there was noticeable dust and cobwebs in several corners of the room and I found someones hair! The bedroom window also has no curtains at all, so the room gets extremely bright as early as 6 a.m. Additionally, there is no proper shower; only a small sprayer attached to the bathroom faucet.

The location was great as it is quiet neighborhood but only 5mins away from the bus stop center plus close to a run track Close to K medi center where the costume for joeson nurse and doctor are free if you buy a museum ticket (1,000won) or a massage activity ticket (6,000won)

There;s a bad smell from the bathroom, i think it is from the neighborhood's sewage but they could have provided something (air freshner or ventilator) inside the bathroom to lessen the smell. Or maybe clean the pipe? Also a small table would have been helpful as well.

It's close to downtown. It's a private house, so it's good to use privately.
