"Overall very pleasant stay, would recommend."

A very good location for the price. Includes kitchen, which is very valuable. Has a nice balcony with chairs to sit and enjoy the amazing view on the dolomites. Positioned well for hiking and conferences in Sexten itself. Get a free bus ticket to reach local hiking spots. Very good breakfast (but we had to pay extra for it).

It was a bit difficult to get access. There was nobody at the reception, we had to go down to the restaurant (note that they have an off-day on Tuesdays, and there is no staff... but I assume you can call them via phone). It wasn't clear if breakfast was included or not (it was not, 24 euro for two people per day - which I found rather expensive).

"Very good location for skiing, walking and eating!"

Good location with parking on site. A large apartment and own balcony with seating was a bonus. It's close to lots of bars, restaurants and a bakery is just across the road and a supermarket is 2 mins walk away. Nice sauna (extra charge).

Beds a bit lumpy, some road noise and no washing up liquid, salt and pepper and no oil. For us it took a bit of finding as the name is very small but if you have a picture of the place on your phone you will find it.
