Comunicarea bună, căldură în cameră. Camera curată. Parcare gratis în curte.

Salteaua este praf, patul scârțâie, unul din scaune era f șubred, se poate rupe oricând. Nu necesită investiție mare pentru a oferi un confort cât de cât mai bun.
