This accommodation is perfectly located right in the middle of Split’s old town, making it ideal for a short stay of one or two nights. Despite being in the center of everything, it was surprisingly quiet at night, which made it easy to sleep. You have a lot of restaurants nearby and the views from the window are quite nice. The place itself is clean, modern, and bright, and overall comfortable. A good option if you want to stay right in the heart of the city.

There are just a couple of small things that could use some maintenance, like a flickering light and a sliding bathroom door that’s not the most practical and doesn’t offer much sound insulation.

Lovely property with everything presented neatly and clean! Modest in size but it’s all you need when the location is so accessible to everything around Split. Staff communication was very friendly too, and I valued the easy check in/check out.

This rooms are really GOOD, they are very centrally located and close to many restaurants, the seaside and the main monuments of the city. The room itself is really nice and cozy and well taken care of . The bed is also very wide and comfortable and allows you to rest well. As someone from Southern Europe, I really appreciated having a small balcony where I could sit and chill while looking what was happening at the street whenever I wanted. I would recommend anyone to stay here during their visit to Croatia because it is a very special place. Special mention to the host, Dragica, she is a really kind woman who is always ready to help and will make sure you are comfortable during your stay in Split 🥰

I really liked this accomodation so I don’t have many bad things to say about it. Whenever I had a problem I told the host and she tried to solve it as soon as possible .The only thing I would mention is that the apartment has only stairs (which is completely understandable since it is an old building in the city centre ) . For me it was not a problem at all but maybe is something you should consider if you have mobility problems.
